About the alliance

Who we Are

The CTO Housing Alliance is a coalition of firms, dedicated to transforming the construction industry from custom-engineered projects to assembling Configure-to-Order (CTO) products.

Our members are dedicated to delivering pre-configured affordable housing with industrialized construction. Led by research at the Center for Offsite Construction, we’re building a way to streamline design work, reduce administrative blocks, and simplify delivery processes.

The Alliance’s tax exemption status is organized under 501(c)(6).
